Mobility and Internationalisation Grants for Postgraduate Students at the University of the Balearic Islands: Double Master's Programmes and International PhD Mentions
Introduction
In acknowledgement of the importance of scientific progress, research, excellence in education, mobility and professional qualifications for social development, the Centre for Postgraduate Studies (CEP), the Doctoral School of the University of the Balearic Islands (EDUIB) and the International Relations Office (SRI) are providing the necessary funding to create mobility grants for UIB students linked to either double master's degree programmes or PhD programmes offering a minimum one-month stay in order to be awarded an international mention.
The grants aim to contribute to the following expenses: fees, academic tutoring, travel not covered by agreements, and board and lodging.

Deadline
The submission deadline period runs from the publication date for the call up to 19th June 2025 (subject to budget availability). Two resolutions shall be issued during the submission period.
Application Assessment and Selection
Applications will be assessed by a committee comprising the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Postgraduate and Lifelong Learning Policy and Management, or a delegated representative, the management teams from the CEP and EDUIB, and a representative from the SRI. The committee will meet twice on 20th May and 20th June 2025 to assess and decide on all applications submitted up to four working days before each specific meeting is held.
The resolutions for these calls will be published on the CEP and EDUIB websites. In turn, applicants will be notified by e-mail.
