Where and When to Apply

In order to request credit recognition for previous courses or master's placements, you must apply over the UIB e-Services Portal using your digital ID certificate or UIB credentials.

Enrolment Recommendations where Requesting Credit Recognition

If the credit recognition process has not been resolved within the enrolment deadline for your admission list, you must formalise your enrolment so as not to lose your spot.

In this sense, you may enrol for the entire year or solely for the minimum mandatory credits. Nevertheless, to comply with the Academic Regulations and Academic Progress and Regulations, you may have to enrol for subjects where you have requested credit recognition.

When the recognition process finalises, the relevant admin services will automatically withdraw you from any subjects that have been accredited. If you did not pay by direct debit, you will need to submit a certificate with your bank account details to process any corresponding refund. We therefore recommend you select direct debit payment in instalments.
